The DWD has issued a heat alert for the state's northwest and Constance region.
The sunshine persists into Friday, with a chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms in the mountains. Temps could peak at 27°C there, and up to 34°C elsewhere. Much the same goes for Saturday when scattered showers are possible in the mountains in the afternoon, with high temps still topping out at 34°C.
