Apparently, Ukrainian sources claim to have struck a potential arms storage facility in Voronezh's vicinity, as per media outlets. The location was a warehouse situated near Ostrogoshsk, approximately 100 kilometers south of Voronezh, as indicated by the independent site Astra. Although not explicitly confirmed as an arms storage facility, Governor Alexander Gusev declared a crisis situation in three nearby settlements due to the aftermath of a fire and the detonation of explosive materials. Two ladies reportedly sustained injuries in the explosions, with one requiring hospitalization. A total of 200 individuals were evacuated. Moreover, another two harmless individuals were hurt in the drone attacks in the neighboring region of Belgorod, according to official statements.

In contrast, the Russian Ministry of Defense only acknowledged the interception of a total of seven drones, with five in Voronezh, one in Belgorod, and another in Bryansk. They provided no details regarding any subsequent damage.

On the Russian side, they allegedly reported a massive Ukrainian missile strike on Snake Island in the Black Sea. Four X-22 type cruise missiles supposedly hit the island, while guided bombs were dropped in the Kherson region. However, there's no information available on any resulting damages.

Snake Island holds significant strategic value for controlling the western part of the Black Sea. Russia managed to seize it at the onset of the conflict but subsequently had to retreat.

The European Union has expressed concern over the escalating tensions between Ukraine and Russia, calling for diplomatic solutions to prevent further violence. The European Union, as a collective, has been providing humanitarian aid and support to Ukraine throughout the conflict.
