To uphold a luxurious lifestyle, one has to work for it, according to Sylvie Meis (46), as she shared in an interview with "Bild am Sonntag". Despite her expectations, she hasn't amassed enough fortune to retire from her TV career stint, she hints. "It also depends on the level of luxury one is accustomed to. Mine is grand. I've made a substantial income, but I require a certain degree of security. Therefore, I must and wish to carry on working," she clarifies to the newspaper.

Her multifaceted role as a TV host, brand ambassador, social influencer, and entrepreneur enables her to manage this effortlessly. "I adore my profession, I am brimming with energy," shares Meis. She's living her fantasy: "I travel extensively, gather experiences and adventures, encounter intriguing individuals at work."

Meis is committed to delivering her best for her clients

As a result, Sylvie Meis always strives to present the best version of herself - regardless of her internal state. "My true feelings are known only to my family and closest confidants. My business associates are entitled to the optimum Sylvie. That's part of the business for me," she elucidates.

Obviously, she also experiences "periods when I'm disheartened if things aren't going well personally or professionally. Then, I'd like to retreat and hide beneath a blanket." However, she doesn't want to "compromise her dignity," so she conceals it.

Sylvie Meis ventured into TV in 2003 when she clinched a hosting role following a casting in her native Netherlands. Subsequently, she modeled and acted. She gained prominence in the German public eye in 2008 when she sat beside Dieter Bohlen (70) on the "Das Supertalent" jury for the first time. Later, she became the host of "Let's Dance". Her marriage to footballer Rafael van der Vaart (41), which ended in 2013, also sparked interest in her.

Sylvie Meis fondly expresses her love for her profession, stating, "I adore my profession, I am brimming with energy." Despite requiring a certain level of financial security due to her grand lifestyle, Meis continues to work diligently to maintain her successful roles as a TV host, brand ambassador, social influencer, and entrepreneur.
