The authorities are now investigating the incident and are seeking any potential witnesses.
After finishing their stroll, the concerned lady decided to go for a walk in a different part of the city the following day. Upon learning about the incident, several hikers expressed interest in joining a group walk to raise awareness about littering and animal safety.
