Guy gets hit hard and badly hurt by a streetcar in Dortmund. Initial investigations hint that the 35-year-old chap strolled onto the street without caution on a Friday night, oblivious to the oncoming streetcar, as per the cops. The chap got shipped off to the hospital in an ambulance.
The Member States can provide resources and expertise to aid the Commission in its investigations related to such incidents. Following the incident, the Commission may seek the Member States' assistance in enhancing road safety measures in similar situations.
