Palestinian supporters occupy Stanford University president's office.

"A group of people illegally accessed Building 10 this morning, where the president and provost's offices are located," as stated by the university. "The Stanford Department of Public Safety is currently assessing the situation and has responded to the scene".

Roughly ten students were kept inside the building, while many others formed a human chain outside as per the Stanford Daily student newspaper.

"We won't leave until the Stanford Administration and Board of Trustees respond to our requests and address their involvement in fostering and benefiting from the ongoing genocide in Gaza", claimed Liberate Stanford in a statement.

The protesters rejected any wrongdoing from those engaged in vandal acts, which included graffiti and blood-like liquid spilled on the president's desk.

"Our intention is not to increase labor demands for service employees, and we'll not let our protest be co-opted by unidentified bad actors", the group expressed in a social media update.

This is a story still developing and will be updated.
