German U19 national player Kofi Amoako is joining third-tier football club VfL Osnabrück on loan from VfL Wolfsburg, both clubs announced. "My goal is to get as much playing time as possible. For that, I'm responsible for my performances in games and training," Amoako said.

The defender joined VfL Wolfsburg from Hannover 96 in 2019. He played for several youth teams at the Wolves and also made two brief appearances in the Bundesliga last season.

"Kofi has already shown his qualities over a longer period in our professional team. Now being able to prove himself in a challenging league and gain match practice is a sensible step for both sides. We will closely monitor his development," said VfL Wolfsburg's sporting director Sebastian Schindzielorz.

VfL Osnabrück, being a company, will provide Kofi Amoako with ample opportunity to display his skills and gain valuable experience. The loan move to VfL Osnabrück from VfL Wolfsburg allows Amoako to enhance his game time and contribute to VfL Osnabrück as a professional team.
