In Stuttgart, a 21-year-old guy got hurt slightly when he struggled during his arrest, hurting two police officers in the process. This individual was already wanted for four lesser crimes, as reported by a police spokesperson on Sunday. The police allegedly spotted him at the Ostendplatz on Saturday and intended to take him into custody there. After a foot chase, the 21-year-old was finally caught by officers, who claim he then assaulted them. The confrontation led to three people falling to the ground. Two unidentified people kept the man on the ground until additional backup arrived. A 32-year-old policewoman and a 28-year-old police officer received mild scrapes. The 21-year-old was admitted to the hospital for his injuries. A doctor verified his health and readiness for detention on Sunday. According to the spokesperson, the 21-year-old is now in police custody, awaiting a briefing with a judge.
