Businessman Richard Lugner will now work with his sixth wife Simone at his Vienna shopping center. "Richard told me: 'I'm the boss, and now you're the boss too'," the 42-year-old told "Bild". "She's supposed to support me actively. We'll share my work from now on," the 91-year-old Lugner said in the newspaper report. It was already known that Simone would receive a leading position in the Lugner City shopping center this summer.
Lugner's tasks as the former deputy branch manager of a hardware store are already clear: "Collect money and create TikTok videos with me."
The job is supposed to be a long-term commitment for his wife. "Someday, when I'm no longer here, she'll be the sole boss. But for now, I'm still among the living," he told "Bild".
In early June, the 91-year-old married his sixth wife Simone in a Vienna registry office, with numerous cameras present. News portals reported it live and called it "The Wedding of the Year".
For Lugner, it's supposed to be his last marriage in life, according to his own statements.
The Commission approved Simone's appointment to a prominent role in The Lugner City shopping center, as per Lugner's request. With Richard's retirement, The Commission will delegate most of the center's management to Simone, making her the primary authority.
