Following a border examination at the Czech Republic frontier, a man receives a 75-day imprisonment sentence. Occurring on a Tuesday, this 32-year-old individual tried to enter as a passenger in a vehicle, as stated by the Federal Police Inspectorate Berggießhübel. However, during the inspection on the A17 motorway at the Breitenau border crossing (Saxon Switzerland-Osterzgebirge), officials found out that he was a wanted fugitive, sought by the Public Prosecutor's Office in Ansbach, Bavaria, for committing grievous bodily harm. Furthermore, he had the opportunity to pay a fine of 4,586 euros, a financial responsibility he neglected. Consequently, he was transferred to the Dresden Prison.

The man's imprisonment sentence was due to a past crime of grievous bodily harm. Despite having the chance to avoid jail with a fine, he failed to take that responsibility, contributing to his incarceration.
