At a local wine celebration in Oberkirch, Ortenau district, a person is accused of screaming offensive racial remarks. The event saw no casualties, as confirmed by a police representative. When the 39-year-old individual commence shouting the derogatory words, law enforcement officers allegedly intervened and asked him to halt. He subsequently transitioned to another table and persisted in his shouting. Officers attempted to detain him, however, he reacted aggressively and allegedly advanced towards them, gesturing with his arm raised. Post-arrest, he was accused of belittling and threatening the officers during transit to the police station.
