A video clip surfaced on social media where he spoke about his brief visit but needing to return for his baby. He commented that his daughter is exceedingly adorable and being a father leaves him feeling both ancient and youthful simultaneously.
Pattinson, in a relationship with actress and singer Suki Waterhouse since 2018, could not help but praise their newborn, stating how fast her unique personality emerges in just three months. He expressed his awe on the smile-filled day, saying he can already see her distinct character.
Waterhouse posted an Instagram photo in April, showcasing herself holding their allegedly newborn. The caption declared the arrival of her angelic bundle of joy.
"Welcome to the world angel," Waterhouse wrote at the time, accompanying the post.
It was during her 2021 performance at the Corona Capital music festival in Mexico City where Waterhouse first hinted at her pregnancy. However, she did not mention Pattinson during her stage presence.
Since they were initially spotted together more than five years ago in London, the couple have maintained a low-key profile. They finally stepped out as a couple on the red carpet in 2022.
Waterhouse shared her thoughts on Pattinson last year during an interview with The Sunday Times, admitting her astonishment at being content with someone for nearly five years.
This would be the first child for both Pattinson and Waterhouse, who have kept their baby's name a secret thus far.
