A Thrilling Summer Vacation for Jimmy Fallon (49): Initially, the "Tonight Show" host spent a few days in Bavaria, got lost in the countryside, and was rescued by a mother-son duo from his predicament. Later, Fallon headed to Paris, where he experienced some glamour at the Olympics.

Fallon recounted his Bavarian adventure in a lengthy TikTok video on Saturday. He had set out for a walk by the lake but ended up lost. "I pulled out my phone, but the battery was at just five percent," Fallon said. At that point, Google Maps showed he was an hour and 40 minutes away from his hotel. He wandered through a field, hoping to find a shortcut.

Hitchhiking didn't work out either. It was only when Fallon reached an auto repair shop that he found two young men who could help. In his six-minute clip set to Bavarian music, Fallon explained that one of the guys said he looked like Jimmy Fallon. After his identity was confirmed, they took a selfie - and Fallon eventually asked if he could drive him to his hotel. The young man named Leon disappeared briefly and returned with his parents. He and his mother then drove Fallon back to his hotel. Fallon shared a short clip of the car ride on Instagram, showing the trio singing in a convertible.

As a thank you, Fallon promised to invite mother and son onto his show. He gave them his contact details and asked them to come to his "Tonight Show" if they're in the United States. "If you're in the United States, if you're in New York, I'd love to take care of you," Fallon said. The moderator was apparently in Munich, Bavaria for an Adele concert.

Olympics with Macron and Jagger

After his brief Bavarian odyssey, Jimmy Fallon moved on to France. At the Paris Olympics, the American host seemed to have found his bearings again. At least well enough to spot two high-profile celebrities in the stadium: On Saturday evening (August 10), French President Emmanuel Macron (46) posted a grinning selfie with Jimmy Fallon, taken by the politician himself. "Roommates? Best friends!", Macron wrote.

A few hours later, Jimmy Fallon shared a joint photo with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger (81) from the Stade de France, where the track and field events were taking place. "Strike it GOLD", he wrote alongside the photo.

Later that evening, Fallon attended the men's basketball gold medal game between the USA and France, which the American team won 98-87. Fallon was seen courtside cheering alongside former NBA star Carmelo Anthony (40).
