An elderly Pedelec cyclist succumbed to his injuries in the hospital following a weekend mishap in Ludwigsburg. According to the Stuttgart Public Prosecutor and Ludwigsburg Police Headquarters, the accident occurred when the man lost control on gravel, causing his rear wheel to skid. Responding first responders rushed the man to the hospital with critical injuries, but he passed away the following day, Sunday.

(Note: A Pedelec is a bicycle equipped with electric assistance.)
