Driving with a blood alcohol level of 2.5: female driver causes an accident
With an alcohol level of 2.5 per mille, a female driver caused an accident in Dresden and fled the scene. The 40-year-old collided with a van while turning on Tuesday evening, police said on Wednesday. The driver drove on without paying any attention. Thanks to information from witnesses, the 40-year-old was finally caught by the police. The officers then confiscated her driver's license. The property damage amounts to around 7000 euros.
The female driver's reckless actions, fueled by alcohol, resulted in a traffic accident with significant property damage. Regrettably, incidents of drunk driving and associated accidents continue to pose a threat to public safety in urban areas.
