An 84-year-old woman has died three days after a bicycle accident in Stralsund. The police announced this on Wednesday. The local woman was riding her bicycle without a helmet on Saturday when she fell in a roundabout for unknown reasons. She was severely injured and had to be flown to a hospital by a rescue helicopter. She died there on Tuesday. So far this year, ten people have died in road accidents in the Vorpommern-Rügen district.
