A thirty-year-old man is alleged to have terrorized commuters at a Hamburg subway station with a domestic knife. On Saturday evening, he wandered through Mönckebergstraße station while brandishing the knife and pursued certain passengers, claims law enforcement on Monday.

Quickly, the local authorities tracked down the individual in the same street. The man yielded to the authorities without a struggle. Because of his menacing actions, a physician recommended he be hospitalized.

At the moment, cops are searching for onlookers who could have observed the disturbing event and possibly more victims. Particularly, the group of youngsters who supposedly encountered the man and fled is urged to get in touch with the authorities.
