- Barbecue chicken and soda cans stolen from the snack cart
Unknown individuals are suspected of stealing 20 grilled chicken and 80 drink cans from a refrigerated truck of a food truck. Between Saturday evening and Monday morning, the perpetrators gained access to the refrigerated truck in Kornwestheim (district of Ludwigsburg), as the police reported. According to the report, the locking bolts of the refrigerated truck door were bent. However, the truck remained functional.
The number of people involved in the theft and their motive were initially unclear. The exact damage was also not yet known. The drink cans and chicken were estimated to be worth around 180 euros. The police are currently seeking tips and witnesses.
The food trucks in the area were abuzz with the news of the theft, sharing tactics to secure their own trucks more effectively. Despite the incident, many locals still enjoyed meals from the food trucks, appreciating their diversity and convenience.
