'Avatar 2' shows off footage at CinemaCon and gets official title
Regisseur James Cameron kehrt für die lang erwartete Fortsetzung des Hits von 2009 mit dem offiziellen Titel „Avatar: Waterfall“ zurück.
Disney stellte am Mittwoch auf der CinemaCon im Caesars Palace in Las Vegas neues Filmmaterial aus dem Film vor, und die Gäste trugen Berichten zufolge eine 3D-Brille, um den Film anzusehen.
Avatar: Waterpath begleitet die Familie Sully bei ihrem Kampf ums Überleben.
Der erste Trailer zum Film wird am 6. Mai vor Marvels Veröffentlichung von Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in die Kinos kommen.
In der Fortsetzung sind Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Giovanni Ribisi, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, Vin Diesel, Michelle Yeoh mit Edie Falco, Cliff Curtis und Jemaine Clement zu sehen.
Um die Vorfreude auf den Film zu steigern, wird Disney „Avatar“ am 23. September erneut in die Kinos bringen.
„Avatar: Waterpath“, die erste von vier geplanten Fortsetzungen, soll am 12. Dezember erscheinen. 16.
