Fire department operation - At least one dead in a house fire

At least one person died in a fire in a multi-storey residential building in Offenbach city center on Tuesday. It was initially unclear whether other residents were injured and if so, how many. According to initial findings, more than 30 people were living in the three-storey building, a police spokesperson said. The house was completely engulfed in flames. Where the fire broke out and why was not yet known. The streets were cordoned off for the extinguishing operation.
