Fires - Apartment in apartment building burns out

An apartment in an apartment building in Bielefeld burnt out on Friday night. The resident was able to escape from the apartment and was taken to hospital with mild smoke inhalation, said a police spokesman. The other residents of the house were also able to escape outside. It was initially unclear why the fire broke out. In total, around 60,000 euros worth of damage was caused to the apartment and the front of the house.
