"They expect egg-sized nuggets." But in Germany, gold findings are usually just tiny flakes, with which one cannot make a fortune.
"Gold has lost none of its mystique," Leopold explained the hype around the precious metal. The demand for courses remains high. This is also due to TV formats that convey a sense of excitement, adventure, and success. While such contributions are good marketing for gold panning courses, they do not reflect the reality in Germany.
