Ukrainian President Selenskyj surprisingly attends appointments in the Rhine-Main region

The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Selenskyj has unexpectedly traveled to Germany. Selenskyj was attending meetings in the Rhine-Main region, said a police spokesperson in Frankfurt am Main on Thursday when asked. Further details of the appointments were not initially disclosed.

The police directed Selenskyj from Frankfurt Airport in the direction of Wiesbaden. Traffic was temporarily blocked, but this was lifted after a short time.
