Traffic - Three people die in accident on B82 near Goslar
Three people died in an accident involving several cars on Thursday. The accident was caused by a car that swerved into oncoming traffic despite a ban on overtaking and collided with an oncoming car, according to the police. The accident occurred on the B 82 federal highway west of Goslar.
The oncoming car was thrown against another vehicle as a result of the collision with the swerving car, the police added. The two occupants of the overtaking car and the person in the oncoming car died. A 45-year-old woman in the third car was reportedly slightly injured and taken to hospital.
