Upcoming climate predictions - Sunny and cloudy weather prevails in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland.

People in southern and southwestern Germany are still facing flood risks and heavy downpours, but the upcoming week in Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate has a brighter outlook. The German Weather Service (DWD) predicts a mix of sun and clouds during this period, with sunny spells in the afternoon. No rain is expected, but temperatures will reach a maximum of 18 to 21 degrees.

On Tuesday, residents of the south can expect a pleasant day with sunshine and occasional clouds. The north, however, will become cloudier, with a possibility of short showers. The temperature will be slightly warmer, expected to reach 19 to 23 degrees.

Mid-week weather will be less encouraging, with the DWD reporting that skies will be heavily overcast on Wednesday, and it will rain again. This rain may persist for a longer duration in certain areas. Temperatures are expected to peak at 17 to 21 degrees.

The muddy weather is forecasted to subside quickly, with the DWD predicting that Thursday will feature a blend of sun and clouds. Although it will be a dry day, the temperature will be relatively high, ranging from 18 to 22 degrees.
