In the Harz region, a tragic accident occurred that resulted in a driver's untimely demise. While attempting to overtake another vehicle on the L66 close to Quedlinburg, in a right-hand curve, the 60-year-old driver plunged headfirst into an oncoming car. The collision sent his car careening and flipping numerous times. A subsequent vehicle crashed into the chaotic scene, adding to the damages, and the overtaken car also received damages from flying debris. Despite the chaos, fortunately, only four individuals endured minor injuries.

The 60-year-old driver was operating a car during the unfortunate incident. After the collision, the damaged car skidded off the road.
