A woman detected a pungent fire smell in the community garden. When she see a Molotov cocktail nestled amid the plants, it was already extinguished by a helpful passerby using a pail of water. This device comprised of a plastic bottle containing a flammable liquid and a damp rag serving as a wick. Authorities are currently probing for the perpetrator of suspected arson.
