Bundesliga - Media: Kehl confidant Stanic about to leave BVB
According to media reports, Slaven Stanic is about to leave Borussia Dortmund. According to "Bild", the assistant to sporting director Sebastian Kehl is expected to leave before the Bundesliga club's winter training camp in Marbella (January 3 to 9). As first reported by the TV channel Sky, the sports coordinator is said to have harshly criticized coach Edin Terzic in a box at the Dortmund stadium at the beginning of October after the final whistle of the Champions League home game against Milan (0:0) and therefore incurred the displeasure of the club management.
Borussia did not wish to comment on the media reports when asked. Former second division professional Stanic was appointed last summer on the recommendation of Kehl and was supposed to act as an interface between those responsible and the team.
