In a recent interview with "Spiegel" and her own YouTube documentary, Lena Meyer-Landrut openly discussed her struggles with mental health and self-doubt. "Self-doubt can rear its head at any time. At the moment, I feel fairly settled in my attitude towards success," the 33-year-old stated to dpa.
In her new album "Loyal To Myself," Meyer-Landrut explores themes of self-love and self-worth. It is set to be released this Friday (May 31).
