Bonn is a city in Germany. - FIre on watercraft creates extensive rescue effort in subterranean garage.

A motorboat in Bonn-Tannenbusch's garage went up in flames, prompting a massive intervention from the fire department. There were approximately 65 firefighters at the scene, as per their statement. Billows of smoke were seen coming out of emergency exits and the garage entrance attached to a housing complex. Search and rescue crew were scouring the garage for any potential victims, while other firefighters worked to put out the burning boat and attached trailer. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The police estimated the damage to the property to be about 10,000 euros. The cause of the fire was undetermined at the time.

The underground car park where the fire took place was located in Bonn-Tannenbusch. Due to the large-scale operation, concerned residents in the North Rhine-Westphalia area were advised to avoid the area. Even with the efforts of the fire department, several small fires broke out from embers in other cars parked in the underground garage.
