When it comes to fan articles for the Football-EM, it's fine if they're attached securely and don't hinder anyone's view while driving. However, the ADAC has mentioned some rules for your consideration. Things like decorating windshields and front side windows are a no-no, along with covering headlights, turn signals, and brake lights. So if you've got a car with built-in turn signals in the side mirror, keep in mind that any decorations covering these could lead to an infringement.

As for the decorations themselves, stickers, small flags, and pennants are usually fine as long as they don't impede your view or that of others. Just make sure to put those small flags on the backside windows, so your view isn't obstructed. When you're cruising on the highways, keep those flags removed - they can get loose at high speeds. ADAC advises to handle fan decorations with caution. If something from your car damages another vehicle, you'll be responsible for the costs. And if you're parking your car for a while, it's a good idea to take off any stickers on the windows; thieves might find it easier to break into your car when they see those.

Car caravans are technically not allowed, but during events like weddings and sporting events, police often turn a blind eye to this. Overly frequent horn honking is tolerated during these times despite being against the Road Traffic Regulations. Yet, other regular rules such as wearing seatbelts, following speed limits, and giving way to others still apply to car caravans. Make sure to keep your hands inside the car at all times and avoid hanging out of the window or leaning over it.
