Unfortunate Incident - Driver killed by van following truck breakdown
A 57-year-old truck driver met a tragic end in Unterfranken when he was struck by a small van. The incident occurred after his truck broke down on the side of the road. The driver stepped out to assess the damage, standing on the right lane with his back to oncoming traffic. Unable to see the stranded driver, the small van's driver crashed into him, fatally wounding the trucker on a federal road in Wörth am Main (Miltenberg district). Unfortunately, the trucker passed away at the scene of the collision.
