Barn fire in Twistringen: 100,000 euros damage
A barn in Twistringen (Diepholz district) burned down completely on Saturday night. This resulted in property damage of around 100,000 euros on the property of an agricultural farm, as the police reported in the morning. The residents of the neighboring house escaped unharmed to safety.
According to the information provided, the barn was already fully engulfed in flames when the almost 100 firefighters arrived. Among other things, a tractor parked inside burned out. A car and the house were damaged due to the proximity of the fire. It initially remained unclear how the fire started.
The barn in Twistringen was completely consumed by the fiery blaze, leading to the loss of a tractor inside. Due to the intense fires, a nearby car and the house also sustained damage.
