At the very end, Luka Doncic secures a win for Dallas.

With just a few seconds left on the clock, Luka Doncic, the star player for the Dallas Mavericks, makes a dramatic decision in a basketball match against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Slovenian changes the game's outcome with a well-placed three-pointer, earning his team a victory. Veteran player Dirk Nowitzki is left in awe.

With a triple-double under his belt, Luka Doncic leads the Dallas Mavericks to their second win in the NBA play-off semi-finals. Their 109-108 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves moves them closer to winning the Western Conference final with two more victories required. The third game of this best-of-seven series, in which the Mavs hold a 2-0 lead, will be held in Dallas on Monday night.

Doncic scored 32 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished out 13 assists despite suffering from an injury. His last-minute three-pointer with 3.8 seconds on the clock sealed the win. Kyrie Irving, the Mavericks' second-best player, contributed 20 points, most of which he scored in the high-stakes fourth quarter, where the lead switched hands a total of 11 times.

"Luka powered us through"

The Timberwolves had trailed by 18 points in the second quarter, leaving viewers thinking they'd lost the game. However, Doncic pulled off a miraculous turnaround and earned his team a second victory. "Luka carried us, man. That's the epitome of leadership," said Irving.

Naz Reid was the top scorer for the Timberwolves, who had previously defeated the defending champions, Denver Nuggets, in the quarterfinals with a remarkable comeback. Naz Reid scored 32 points. Maximilian Kleber was out for Dallas due to a shoulder injury.

The Mavericks hope to win their second championship since the franchise's inception. The last time the Texans reached the conference final was in 2022, but they were defeated by the Golden State Warriors. Their only title so far was in 2011, when Dirk Nowitzki guided the team as a German superstar. The Eastern Conference final features the Boston Celtics, who lead 2-0 against the Indiana Pacers. The series continues on Sunday night (2:30 a.m./DAZN).
